Well, that was pretty therapeutic for me. I was easily able to follow the rules in front of "you guys". To boot, both trades were winners. I also had plenty of negative reinforcement earlier in the morning when I was not patient and broke the rules.
So now with this positive experience I'll be able to make a permanent behavior change, methinks.
