Amazing, I am just shocked. How can you be not paying mortgage for 6 months on an investment property and yet nobody still kicks you out.

Tell Peter I'd be happy to rent to him, except that my properties are all occupied. If the government would give me an incentive, I might buy a property to rent to him, but unfortunately, the only incentives appear to be for deadbeats that can't pay their mortgage, or for first time buyers who buy as owner occupants.

But tell Peter I'm thrilled that the government has made it so unattractive to buy as a landlord, such that existing properties will like show increasing rents. LOL.
