I agree, people all over America own exotic animals like this, and most of them are used in Hollywood/Vegas/zoos. Its not really a big surprise that animals like this can and will get out, and if they do lethal force is necessary if tranquilizer is not on hand. This happens all the time, there was a tiger just the other day who got out of a zoo and mauled a person if i remember correctly.
