Actually, this is what separates progressives from true liberals. Progressives have no issue with tracking at all. It hurts everyone when abilities are not gauged and accommodations made. True liberals think that just throwing everyone together helps everybody, but in a learning environment, it does not. Teachers can only teach as fast as the slowest student.
