It is not interesting to argue with a person who sees everything from one side. And politics doesn't interest me.
The bottom line is, nobody wants to trade MOEX with you. There are better moving indices than Russia.
So you don't want to argue ... but you do want to respond. And respond. And ....

Time had already told the tale. Ever since Russia invaded Ukraine the market is moving like shit. Look at the chart Suntrader posted. See what happened to the index after the invasion? It's not moving much relative to other indices.

look at how the US indices moved during the crisis. 2007-2009 years. How long have the markets been falling? By what percent did the market fall? How's the shit? What happened then? And since the beginning of the conflict, only six months have passed so far ...
This isn't 2007-2009! Looks at how it is moving NOW, and compare that with MOEX! Why waste time in it if it is not moving when you have better options out there? To trade an index for the sake of trading it? That's like convincing people to trade class IV milk futures at the CME because one loves the idea of dry milk solids! Ug!
