its a spectacle, but its not art in my opinion. (this really is an opinion.)
Were typical circus oddities art?
By the way I have no problem with a women's right to be nude at the beach or even being topless in public if men can be topless.
When an artists start offering excuses for their work... its not usually art.

In my opinion art needs to speak for itself.
