Not sure exactly what a kicker position is, can you explain.
I'm under the impression that you don't take a full position right off the bat, so that you can average down as the price falls.
Again I'm assuming that your first entry would be in the neighborhood of 1/3 a full position, please correct me if I'm wrong.
So you have started a position in BTCC.b and have a kicker position in BITO.
How big is a kicker position compared to the position you have started in BTCC.b?

If your full position is 100K
How much is your initial position and how many times will you average down to get to a full position? (Do you buy 25K to start and add in 25K tranchs until you have a full position?)
How much is a kicker position in dollars.

You're putting more thought into it than I am! The short is half of the long right now. I may add to biti if we hit 68k. The play here Isn't biti though, it's loading up BTCC.B.

How many adds do you typically do before you reach a full position?
Any hint as to where the next add might be?

This is pretty much my plan. These lines are just eyeballed.

I will start to do fib levels when we complete each leg. Here is the current A leg we are on.

That's probably a more sound strategy than 99% of traders here.

That made me think of an old episode of The Beverly Hillbillies. Granny was watching the weather report and shaking her saying the meteorologist was wrong. Granny had a bug of some kind in a little glass case that predicted the weather. She just interpreted the movement of the bug as the superior method for predicting the weather.

That's completely different and imperial is 12 times better than metric and I'm a CAD. However both work and are correct. HHLL method is wrong. Breaking structure has nothing to do with future price action.

There's no well sometimes it doesn't work. A true strategy works 100% of the time. That's why I don't use stops. When I start legging in I know first of all I'm near the bottom and second of all that trend is 100% going to reverse...and timeline.

I also believe he is very intelligent, but in reality, about trading, he is just on another level of the Kruger Dunning Curve.
