Per Share broker in UK

Hello,

I am getting started in trading and need to find a broker that offers a per-share commission structure for a UK based account. I only plan to trade stocks on the NYSE NASDAQ and AMEX. So far, the only per-share broker (for a UK based account) I have found is TradeStation.co.uk.

Also, I’d like to find a serious maket-focused chatroom, where I could listen and learn from other traders.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
