People who purposely mispronounce words

Ever notice certain people purposely mispronounce words? Why ?? It sounds so ignorant.
Example, they say " shtruggle" rather than struggle. they say "shtreets" rather than streets despite knowing full well they are incorrectly saying the word. Evidently its accepted in certain communities to speak incorrectly and not use proper English. A good example is " We be gettin da benjamins" opposed to " we are actively searching for a job in order to pay our bills".
Its also accepted in certain communities for a middle aged man to dress like a 15 year old. you see that a lot in the inner cities for some very odd reason.

Imagine a world where slang and accents exists. Imagine a world where people invent faster and more efficient ways to convey meaning. If we would just speak like Shakespeare the world would be better wake up sheeple!!!!!!11111
 
Imagine a world where people spoke proper English.
imagine a world where a 42 year old man didnt dress like a 15 year old hip hop fan.
imagine a world where a parent didnt worry about their child getting shot while playing in front of their home.
