Dems are in control, handing out free ice cream, yet Congress only has a 16% approval rating. I must admit that is much better than the 9% approval before the costly free stuff.

Congressional democrats have higher approval ratings then Congressional republicans.

In a 2 party system the 16 % number doesn't matter. All that matters is that one party gets more votes then the other because a 3rd party isn't taking over anytime soon

And Republicans were handing out cash and benefits to big business,wall street,the oil industry and the military industrial complex etc.Funny that Republicans weren't forming tea bag movements while Bush was becoming the biggest presidential spender in history
