Pentagon "Doesn't know where the money is going."

Quote from FireWalker:

It really doesn't matter what you look like these days. The psychologists have identified a few moods and personality types. Just sit in the right spot and the hot chick will pick you right up. Don't have to hardly say a word.

So that's how the infant boomers got all the hot chicks. Then they fought over them and the teenagers got involved (skater punks). So Gen X & Y were left out in the cold with the hot chicks going older for the money or younger for the wavy dumbasses.

So I'm 44 and finally figured out why I have never had a date. Took a long time to figure that out. Pretty much given up these days.

So that's where the "Defense Budget" has gone over the last 50-60 years. Hawaii? Scaring the hot chicks into bed of course. Japan bought the place up after the bombing scare. Then Hawaii came under the protection racket of the US Military (became a state). Puerto Rico? Same thing. Guam? Fiji? Rinse, repeat. Afghanistan? Iran? Iraq? I think you get the picture.

Most of the government experiments were shut down, except for the ones on paranoid schizophrenics with women issues. They have gleaned an enormous amount of useful information on how to use words to make schizophrenics see into the past and future simultaneously. Plus the Pentagon's entire helicopter budget is sprawling out of control just trying to maintain an eye on all of the schizophrenics from the sky to track their movements.

Oh my fucking god!

What's the point in complaining about these kinds of stuff anymore, really. Nothing's gonna change. There will be no Berlin wall kind of revolution that's gonna occur in this country in our lifetime. Trade/invest wisely in the forth coming boom and bust cycles and don't fall in love with this country too much, retire to a country that is not as messed up as us and go off gracefully into what ever's beyond death.

Quote from keeptradin':

I find it interesting that the politicians on both sides talk about cutting spending and trimming the deficit. Yet one of, if not the largest source of government spending (defense) is apparently unaccountable.

How do you balance a budget if you don't know what the real budget is? I go back to the corporate example: a business owner/board of directors would have heads rolling if there was no clear accounting of income and expenses. But in government it's not just accepted, it's standard operating procedure.

I think the OWS folks need to put this one on their list.

The army is one of the pillars of this American empire.

tell me something i don't know...

this is why US army is not going to be on the side of american public..and they not going to be the force that would start any major changes..like revolution..
cause just like wall street it's all about their own interest..George Carlin once again-it's a big club..and you and i ain't in it..

What is the difference between schizophrenic and psychic?

Answer: Gender and social approval.

There are over 500 underground psychological labs around the world. Each houses a few thousand people. They are spiral shaped with different rooms leading to a center point of command. How many people were murdered in those labs?

That is entirely correct.

It is a well established fact that the NYPD employs schizophrenics to predict all future and past crimes upon being located, tagged, sterilized, and destroyed by helicopters after 2 AM. They learned this trick from the Masonic line which includes the Rothchilds who have been using schizophrenics to cross multiply LIBOR in order to launder money delivered by helicopter.

Women schizophrenics are rare and use language to talk directly to a grown man's pancreas when he is under duress.

This is disturbing, especially the part about spending billions to fix the problem:

If the Pentagon was a corporation they would be shut down for improper accounting procedures. Instead, Panetta promises answers in a couple of years??

Wow...

Say hello to the new boss, same as the old boss.

"According to some estimates we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions," Rumsfeld admitted.”

Unfortunately they are both crazy because it is impossible to predict the future.

1. Question: Under the Constitution, which branch of the government has the authority to declare war?
Answer: Congress. (although the President can utilize the troops in a time of emergency for 30 days while requesting permission from Congress.)

2. Question: Has Congress declared war against any country?
Answer: no.

3. Question: Is refusal to follow the Constitution grounds for impeachment?
Answer: yes.

Three questions to the President and Congress to end all warfare.

But there is a flaw in your logic Firewalker: If congress gives permission for war and the administration NEVER gives it back, then the law is moot isn't it?
