Yes. For penny stocks, you want to go to investorshub.com, then filter out a bunch of people pretending to be the profitable penny stocks traders. I would say if they make money in the last few months trading penny stocks, they are probably the best penny stocks traders.
 
Same here, my strategies make most of their money from the OTC/Pinkies.

The trick is filtering out the low volume/low money flow ones so you dont get "trapped"
