Promotions , and promotions again , making in the penny stocks is like racing against the time , when promo dies , then it gets too late , go on boards , find the volume , beware of reverse splits !!!

Timothy Sykes seems to have a legitimate strategy if you can find shares to short.

There is no best strategy. I would better avoid trading in penny stocks.
