I'm hoping to get some recommendations on reputable sites for tips and info on penny stocks and small cap stocks: websites, youtubers, bloggers? I've only dipped one toe in so far and already feeling overwhelmed. I'm still at that point where I've never heard of the company until it skyrockets, so I'd be grateful for any recommendations you guys have on good experts to follow. Thanks!

They have some paid subscriptions that I don't use, but also have various community-maintained resources with lists of stocks they watch, and people chatting about whatever they trade.

What are some "good" free stock trading groups on this site, seems there are more than few dozen to sift through.
Since the OP asked about small caps then probably their small caps #trading_floor and/or #trader_chat channels. Though I don’t have time to hang around there, just occasionally scan, get some notifications, and follow their Twitter channels.
Weeding out the noise and finding good stuff can be just as hard and time consuming as trading, and sifting through that stuff may be a full time job. But there is no “golden platter” channel where someone just hands you stocks that will go up in the next 15 minutes, unless maybe if you subscribe because they do have a locked channel with paid alerts.

Thanks Guru, great advice. I'm at a point where I want to focus my time on learning technicals, since this only still a side hobby for me, I can't invest the time I'm realizing it takes to research. So at this point I'd gladly pay for some dependable daily watchlists and alerts. I might try a couple services for a month each, stick with the one I find the most helpful. Like I said, just getting fed up with watching 5 sloths, and then finding out where all the real action was later in the day when I'm listening to Bloomberg radio.
