The Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PEI) trades at a discount to NAV. The NAV is $17.

PEI did a pocket pivot (blue dot) signal today. The Effective Volume study shows rising large players volume while the chart consolidates, a very bullish signal. The Twiggs Money Flow is rising as well but still slightly negative.

Nice looking long setup IMO.

Hmm, most of their holdings are malls and things of that nature it looks like. I wonder if their property values are taking pretty big hits from everything taking place in the market currently (Amazon). You are probably correct on their NAV still being a decent amount higher than where they are trading at though
