So there are all these cries to ensure the safety of public officials and their families, yet the Capitol Police have implemented no plans.
No alarms, no security alerts, etc.
You assume everything costs a lot of money or requires the hiring and placements of security guards. In fact, some of Pelosi's neighbors have even commented that the Pelosi's did not even have the security measures that most households in the neighborhood have.
You guys want it both ways. You want the country to get all bent out of shape over an attack on a family member but don't want to hold the family or the Capitol Police to any standards that could accomplish that.
A member who is second in line to be President, should have a solid safety plan for themselves and their family and the Capitol Police should be overseeing that.
Of course, as I said, there is no political mileage in that for you, as here is in blaming the attack on Republicans so you don't care.
