The recession was officially over in June of 2009. To my knowledge, Obama did not try to raise taxes in any way before the end of that time frame, during the recession (his 5 months or so as President).

As for administration budgets, I asked you to show me one place where he suggested cutting costs. It isn't my job to prove your assertions. You always try to pass your work onto other people, but if you claim something then you need to back up the claim.

The "Burden of Proof" rests on the "Instigator". In this case, that would be you, as you made the claim that Obama cut spending. You also made the claim that he raised taxes in a recession (also incorrect).
