I'm just saying both sides get carried away, to me Trump not releasing taxes was shady albeit not illegal, to me Hillary team 'rigging' against Bernie was nothing more than a party favoring a candidate that toed the line, or was Trump the favored candidate of the GOP? I routinely empty my inbox and Comey said as much concerning the emails. Yeah she fuked up by not following protocol but where's the right's outrage now on cyber security concerning Russia's involvement?

The right is not outraged on cyber security concerning Russia's involvement because no one can produce proof that Russia had anything to do with it. Once again, there's no evidence.

As for whether tax returns or email servers were more "shady", the public voted on that. Not sure on what planet you can suggest Trump was the favored candidate of the GOP.

I am not, the point is that it should come as no surprise that the GOP and DNC had their favorites and did questionable things against the other options. And the evidence certainly is there, I just don't see why the CIA should risk their intelligence by showing it to the public. The agencies are convinced, the senators/representatives are convinced, hell even Trump is now changing his tune.
