I really liked her idea of banning all commercial air travel until they are all flown with batteries powered with solar, wind, and pixie dust. That would be very energy efficient! You'd just need a few hundred-thousand more coal plants built to generate the electricity needed to recharge the electric jumbo-jets midair.
