Biden is weakly leading and she gets to attack Trump, hurt Biden and make her power stronger pushing away the fringes of the party who will look like losers in 2020. Warren gets moved to the front and the whacky far left policies move central stage nad get ripped to shreds while she emerges unscathed.

Then she hands over the reigns to a stronger and leaner Dem party in 2024.

Her actions will not hurt the Congressional candidates who majority still are not so far left. But she needs to silence the new class of the crazy leftards like AOC and Talib so by highlighting the failure of the party moving so far left also pushes those pesky newcomers into the shadows further solidifying her power over Congress.
A failed Warren and HRC campaign will show the party needs to reevaluate its approach and heads will roll....except Pelosi's

2. Continues highlighting issues with trump
3. Pushes Warren to the front with no chance of winning
4. Destroys this new faction of the Dem party
5. Makes her the strongest Dem in D.C. and top dog for 4 more years
6. The cleansing gives the Dems 3 more years to wash away the shit and come up with better stronger candidates for the 2020/2022 Congressional districts and 2024 Presidential
7. Moves the focus back on attacks on GOP and away from the crappy campaign strats of Dems.

She is taking one for the team for the long-term play. This is wiping out the colony and keeping a few survivors to start again newer and stronger. It is pure genius and evil at the same time.

I dont see how it is going to make her stronger if Warren runs and the face of the party becomes ultra-lefty which puts the dem majority in the house at risk because the swing state dems and trump state dems are put at risk if the dem party goes full-loon. Warren running and the perception of ultra lefty will kill the last vestiges of that wing in the party. Failure will strip them of any credibility. Well, we dont need to replay earlier discussions, but you and I disagree as to whether Pelosi is the Akido Master or whether she is now on the ropes trying to survive not only republican assaults but also Warren's lefty rise, and the Squad.


She has a lifetime of skills and survival for sure, so did the Clintons and Biden. The caravan does pass at some point.

This impeachment thing may or may not happen but it is much, much, much further along than Pelosi ever wanted, and her having to yield to the Squad and their bootlickers is not the only factor but they are definitely part of the picture. I suppose you can always reframe it to look like she is playing six dimensional chess now rather than just plain old being on the ropes. I think she is gasping for air and pandering to the AOC crowd bigtime rather than being the master puppeteer from the old days. I see no evidence whatsoever of Pelosi pandering to AOC.

She has sponsored 3 bills that are going to die in committee.....if she did not show up to work there would be no difference...no power.

Again you and FOX News give AOC more power than she actually wields. Show me any legislative agenda or control she exercises in Congress right now and don't tell me about TV face time or how much speaking she does. Any ass can talk, only power counts and Pelosi wields all the power as head of the party in Congress.

There are no examples of AOC controlling any agenda and Bernie is getting slammed in the polls which proves the far left is being turned away just like it was in 2016. Warren is not the same as Bernie, she is just talking out of both sides of her mouth and will be useless.

Impeachment did not come about until she said so. It is all on her terms, respect the game. She is wiping out the herd to develop something better and whoever does not realize that and wake up in the Dem party will be washed out with the tide over the next two -four year cycle.

The only way Pelosi retains power is a Congressional majority and Trump as President. If Warren or Biden win in 2020, Pelosi becomes like Paul Ryan and where is he now? Trump cannot get anything done and she can build a bigger majority in 2020 and 2022 election.

Impeachment now is a no risk move now where she sacrifices all the pawns and she remains Queen.
