WRONG.
The majority in the house got to choose the witness list with no say for the minority.
The WH could (and did) say executive privilege prevents some from testifying, but it wasn’t done by fiat. The House has the opportunity to challenge those few objections in court but didn’t do so.
Because court battles take years when appealed all the way to the supreme court. Why are you bitching about house rules set by the republicans years ago? Will you bitch about the next dem president abusing power in their impeachment acquittal with the precedent being set?
