Unlike a constitutional right of a president to appoint SCOTUS, there's no provision for the House expediting impeachment.
 
Let her hold it as long as she wants. Its not like its going to get better for her the longer it stays in the House. People who hate Trump are going to go more and more berserk the longer it appears to drag on without taking Trump down, and everyone else is going to tire of it (more than they are already).

What a difference 24 hours or less makes.

You had each and everyone of your dem congressmen go on record saying that they were bound by God, country, the constitution, and grandchildren to impeach the president immediately, and that they could not wait for the election because every minute the president was in office was a threat to the republic.

Now you cretans have all gotten the memo that says that the party line is "we may or may not impeach the president and you can't make us." And if you don't impeach they all have to explain that it is because Nancy Pelosi didn't know that the Senate made the rules for conducting the trial, not the house. You know, kinda like when a grand jury indicts and hands that over to the trial judge but doesn't dictate how the judge conducts the case. Idiots.

You idiots are looking even more stupid than usual, and that is not easy.
