This isn’t directed at you but you ask an important question that relates to process.

If you look at the house rules on impeachment the first step is to conduct an investigation by an “investigative committee.” Not all committees have the power to investigate and issue subpoenas.

In this case the democrats decided to run the investigation through the intelligence committee. Obviously there they were looking at the Ukrainian aide situation. They wrote a report and recommended the judiciary committee review and charge.

Now it is up to the judiciary committee to review the report, if needed gather more information, and if decided upon, draw up “perfected charges” or the articles to be voted on - which Pelosi just recommended they do.

So to answer your question now, the judiciary committee is deciding what the exact offenses are - this is known as articles.

This can also include lying to the fbi and obstruction of justice, obstruction of congress, along with bribery (however they wish to articulate it).
 
You know how pathetic and bogus this impeachment kangaroo court of the Democrats are when they have to call academics to tell them that President Donald Trump should be impeached. If they have enough evidence which they keep saying, why don't they vote to impeach him already? They got nothing that is why so, they are milking this, trying President Donald Trump in the court of public opinion to slander him no less. The opinions of these academics mean squat because it is not evidence! I have the opinion that Hillary Clinton committed serious crimes and deserve life imprisonment but, that means squat too because she has not been charged and prosecuted. Don't worry Democrats and extreme liberals. When the Senate trial starts, I am sure Adam Schiff, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden will be subpoenaed to testify and that is when the fun starts.

Recall for a minute the countless times that I have offered up the reminder that Pelosi originally caved on the idea of impeachment only if they could do a lightening strike and have it done by the end of October. Then that slipped so that we are into about February now.

So now, in a not so subtle move, she is cranking up this strategy to say that we are in an emergency so must accelerate everything bigtime. Yeh, subtle Hag Nancy. NOT.

I would drag the frigging thing out to about the first of April. That's April Fools Day and seems appropriate.

Anyway, the tards have all gotten their scripts and talking points now. Trump not only needs to be impeached but it is a national emergency. Got it? Just follow the bouncing ball.
