I have mixed feelings about this. In honorable hands, it is a master stroke. During a time of Party above principle thinking, it is dangerous.

I think most support the idea that a president should be able to pass the same tests a commercial airline pilot does, not all the physical but some.

This would be bad news for Joe and other old presidents but countries do better under younger and more vigorous leaders. 40s/50s.
