My opinion is influenced by Kate Brown in Oregon and Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan. Total failures. Baltimore and DC mayors also come to mind. The Chancellor of the University of California comes to mind. I can cite them endlessly and they are all abject failures.

This, combined with Biden's "I'll tell you about court packing after the election", has shown their cards.

The little despots in the Democrat party smell blood in the water. They're all in on this election. They will use this bill to force Biden out and put Kamala in as president. Kamala tows the most extreme rhetoric of the far left and is, above all, a person who only cares about herself.

This should concern anyone. There is already procedure outlined in the 25th amendment to deal with an incapacitated president. The succession of powers is clearly delineated.

It is clear that the greatest threat to American democracy is Biden/Kamala with a democrat supermajority. The country will forever be changed into single party rule. In 4 years with a packed court, supermajority, and party-lead executive there's virtually nothing stopping them from literally rewriting the constitution.
