Been out of the market for a few years. Is there an easy way to enter pegged option orders these days? Any firms have this in their platform? If it still must be programmed, anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance!

We do. We offer Instinet's platform called TradeSpeed. Instinet has a suite of option algos called "Cobra Options Suite." Here are some options:

Cobra Passive:
Only pegs to the passive side of the market on randomized
destinations and will not sweep at all. Users can choose to
display all or part of their order.

Cobra Delta Peg:
Adjusts a floating limit based on the delta-weighted price
movement of the underlying equity. Both firm and floating
limits can be applied simultaneously.
