E ER9 Nov 22, 2002 #1 I'm new to trading and I am still a bit confused about the Pattern Day Trading Regulation. My question is if I buy a stock Monday sell it Tuesday and re-enter the market buying a different stock on Tuesday does this qualify as a day trade? Thanks
