As you said, he's not scalping. So don't sweat the small stuff. A few ticks here and there, based on fills that would even be questionable in sim mode, will not meaningfully change the course of events and the eventual outcome. Let's give the lad some rope.

The point is that the fills aren't legit -- regardless of impact to PNL. He's ethically-bankrupt.

Preacher meet choir. I'm just saying it won't make a difference. And in the end, even he won't be able to dispute the incontrovertible outcome, despite "favorable conditions." Big picture, dest; that's all I'm saying. We already know whom we're dealing with here. The only real challenge is finding someone trustworthy and gullible enough to take on the task of ~properly accounting for the calls.

I get what you're saying, but I don't see how setting up this silly $100K sim account changes anything. BS fills. BS bet-sizing. The guy is trading $93 digitals and now sim 10 lots (850K notional) on a $100K sim. It's indistinguishable from his previous trade-reporting.

And you know that he'll ignore the DD. Just as with the April CL that somehow does not exist as it's $4,500/contract against his sim-position.

Baron stated that he'd shut it down tomorrow if nobody stepped-up to vet the trades, and nobody has done so. Let's see how they fold like a chair and allow it to continue once the time elapses.
