PDF software

[Sell 'em]

Anyone recommend some free software to convert files to PDF? I downloaded 'PrimoPDF' and at first blush works fine. But when one attempts to e-mail a doc, the doc is received as corrupted. Weird.

Open Office is free and can convert to PDF.
