PDD had a blow out quarter! Is it tradable today?

PDD had announced a blowout quarter this morning. Is it tradable to the long side on a gap up? Its up 12% pre mkt.
Will it top out at 90-92.50?
If and its a big if; if i trade it, i will see if it pulls back a little near the open.
