Payrolls Plunge To 88K, Biggest Miss Since Dec 2009, Part Rate At New 30 yr low

It's just a matter of adjusting the left scale to give the chart more perspective, rectum. You would know this if you knew anything about charts and trading.

Now how did zerohedge make their chart look so much "scarier"? ; )

Because it zoomed in to the last time the number was where it is now, obviously.

It IS scary, grasshopper, because we're back to where we were 30+ years ago.

No, it's not scary (except to you). Productivity is not down to "where we were 30+ years ago".

Tell that to the people who have dropped out of the labor force because they can't find a decent job. You really have a shallow understanding of reality.

This is not about productivity, it is about the number of people working in the economy. Pure and simple. And that situation is scary to far, far more people than just me. You can bury your head in the sand all you like.

Especially for someone supposedly from the party that "cares for the common man". He does this a lot - gets into a "let them eat cake" mentality.

The White House is as delusional as Ricter.

While more work remains to be done, today’s employment report provides further evidence that the U.S. economy is continuing to recover from the worst downturn since the Great Depression. It is critical that we continue the policies that are helping to build an economy that creates jobs and works for the middle class as we dig our way out of the deep hole that was caused by the severe recession that began in December 2007.

One can imagine a future where nearly all necessary work is performed by robots. The LFPR could be near zero in that scenario.

When we are talking about apples, Ricter likes to toss out an orange. :D

I think he put me on ignore a few weeks ago. That was the last time he replied to one of my posts. I guess I must have upset him. :D

lol pspr . . . you can't upset anyone , you're a softie.
There's plenty of work for those who are willing to seek it. Become an entrepreneur , do something instead of complaining.
