Paulson: Stimulus plan could create 500,000-600,000 jobs

Much of that graft (minus supply costs to distribute checks) will trickle into late mgt payments, late credit card payments, late auto loan payments, late heating bills and/or gasoline.

Where the money trickles to from there remains to be seen.
