California Highway Patrol confirms that booking shots and video cam of Pelosi's arrest do in fact exist but tells Fox News that it has been given to the District Attorney's office. Thus letting themselves off the hook and putting the ball in the DA's court.
Fox also points out the body cams and booking mug shots that the California Highway Patrol has released for others without much trouble even though they walk sideways like a crab in this case and say that it is up to the DA.
Okay, whatever. We all see the dance. At least they confirmed that they do exist and Fox is in court to get them. That makes it harder for the DA to do the "they were misplaced and unable to locate" scam. Although we know she can do it.
MORE TO COME. Some entertainment value. I guess some of the other media outlets are on it too.

Corruption, and self-interests, Galore.
Everyone involved in politics is corrupt, there is no good side or bad side, blue side or red side. The Human element is to be corrupt, and advantageous over everyone else.
As far as I'm concerned....All court cases have both guilty parties. It's just which side is more advantageous, and clever, and shrewed in presenting their side will win.

Yeh. Well, Teddy Kennedy is the gold standard for having a night out on the town that goes bad and then you walk with a jaywalking charge or something.
I have not followed this scenario that closely but it does have a bit of a Teddy-esque aura around it. Probably a bimbo involved somewhere in the evening. Maybe she will show up on the body cam. The fact that Pelosi was the driver in a previous fatal crash, gives it a little bit of a Teddy look to it as well.
