- formerly and high tax - no growth country.
since reducing spending and cutting taxes - one of the fastest growing economies... next to a few eastern european countries which also followed the same plan.
Have there been any failures of reduced spending and tax cuts? recently?
Please show me where anyone thinks the purpose of fiscal austerity is to "jumpstart an economy" (whatever that means).
It's kinda sad when the go to leftist guy (fallacy of appeal to authority) must engage in lies err (strawman arguments to make his points appear valid.
Krugman should go on Jeopardy. I bet he could wonder real good there.
Krugman is such a tool, he is saying that Republicans want to blow up the economy cause they want to cut spending, yet what constitutes sound economic advice in his vision is lines like:
"We need to increase spending to lower the deficit"
or
"No need to worry about our debt, other countries are worse off than us....."
When you hear him say shit like that its pretty obvious whose really trying to destroy america.....
