Candle hasn't posted here since the 8-3. I'm hoping to resurrect the thread.

Btw, nice visualisation of that engulfing pattern. I didn't "see" that at all.

I love breakouts, but especially the NR4-7 type. But even bar to bar would be fun to trade.
 
1 of my favorite pattern:

condition: 5min is trending. lets say uptrend. 5min is starting pullback in the direction of 20ema. i then look for a 3 wave down or ABC pattern on 1min inside of this 5min pullback. after the 3 wave down it retrace to test the last high.

Yes, in the context of a breakout, in order to increase the odds of a success...
 
trader " inandlong" mentioned PRISTINE" PATTERN " for sqing trading. it is also a very good patern for daytrading. (5 min chart)
