Your answer is not entirely true.
Pattern Day Trading applies to options "only" if you have a "Margin" account.
However Pattern Day Trading does not apply to a "Cash Only" account.

How can you daytrade in a cash only account when the trade doesn't settle until the next day at the earliest?
