Pattern Day Trading Rules

Hey guys, I'm new to elitetrader. I'm learning/reading a lot about forex and am interested in trading it after I run through several demo's. Does anyone know if the USA pattern day trading rule of minimum acct balance $25,000 applies to Forex?
