worldwide bearmarket since Jan 2000 is still in force, so with this as a backdrop despite stock market rallies, the fact on the ground is upsloping drying up of DEMAND, job/credit scarcity and therefore tightening of the wallets. Businesses disappearing is not a subtle sign anymore.

3-bedroom 2 storey, huge yard with fruit trees, unobstructed view of mountains, meadows, semi-olympic swimming pool within a 15 min. walk, ditto for gym., stable, reliable internet connection, pindrop silence = a boon for thread title (ultimate trading location) = peace and quiet to trade (= lose), think, formulate, write etc.

Great place for a holiday if you're single. Good hotels, food, shopping, pussy etc.

The one thing that must be realized is that every country in the world, besides the United States, is a mongering destination. In fact, you can drive to Canada or Mexico and get the same experience.
