pats...stop order executing as market order

it happened yesterday and i figured i left clicked instead of right clicked to place a stop order in the ymm6...

today i did the same thing but i made sure i right clicked to enter a stop and it placed a market order...

my broker is investigating but a word of warning or solace to others that are using pats/jtrader
 
they are getting a new exhibit ready for my platform - Trademaven - LOL! :D


I think I am going back to Xtrader myself - researching all my options right now.

Do you place the stop order in DOM? I've never done that.
 
if you right click on a price it will place a stop order for you...

turns out that the settings in my account were not set quite correctly and hopefully my issues should...be resolved

i mostly trade the cbot dow...openings and such...

once and a while i will trade the emini spu...

i mostly trade equities...and options

Which version are you using?
The version 6.2.x is able to manage the CBOT native stop orders effectively.

i am using according to the about tab version 2.8.3 - 5.5 private build...i clear o'connor and this is whats available...

however they made some changes today to enable native stops on cbot's server...

an oversite on their part...oops
