Profitseer. The only way I access my account is through jtrader. I had the system go down at the same time i hit the transmit button once. I did not know if the order was filled or not but it was always in the working orders, so I knew there was a problem.
Whether it be jtrader or xtrader, if your IB uses third party platform, you are dependant on that platform to access your account, right?
I do feel a little uneasy about depending on this third party software to know where my account stands. If your broker knows your short a contract, then you should also be able to know that without having to call and ask.
