I am thinking more along the lines of the high priced defense attorneys a billionaire can afford. The police better have their t’s crossed and i’s dotted if they expect the charges to stick.

There is also the question about what is the statistical probability of three billionaires spending their time at a dingy Asian massage parlor that gives happy endings. Maybe one would get caught up in this, but three? Especially if they are all Trump/Republican donors. How have police validated the identity of people in their videos?

I did not say that. Similar prosecutions fell apart in New Jersey over a decade back when the police asserted that men in the videos were particular individuals and it turned out not to be correct. Men with any common sense in these places pay with cash and not with checks or credit cards. Police normally rely on license plate identification on the car outside to identify the Johns and if they screw this up then the prosecution falls apart.

The interesting part is the Vero Beach police department released pictures of all the "Johns" before any of them were arrested. Nearly all the photos have a light blue or cream background and appear as if they were taken in a posed setting with the background. None have the standard official police/height chart background.

My question would be where did police get all these photos, who shopped them with light blue / cream backgrounds (removing the actual background), and why this done & released to the media (rather than providing the list of names as normally is done prior to arrest/booking). I can see releasing photos after they are arrested and booked, or releasing surveillance photos of Johns entering/leaving the business prior arrest - but these shopped photos prior arrest appear to raise some questions.

These photos appear to be from a Driver’s License database. The wide variety of expressions seems to rule out they are some sort of mugshot. The strong uniformity of them facing directly at the camera implies these pictures were not taken in an undercover situation. Compare these pictures to the asian women pictures with the backgrounds.

Looks like a few of the boys got caught using their noodles contrary to local laws. These type of stings have been going on in Florida for over twenty years and have been extensively reported in the media.

Confucious say one should use noodle in head before using other noodle.

11:47 AM PT -- According to court documents, Kraft paid for a threesome on Jan. 19 -- with two women taking turns "manipulating his genitals."

Once Kraft finished, the women cleaned him up and he gave them each a $100 bill.

11:17 AM PT -- Officials have described the case against Kraft in graphic detail ... saying his first incident occurred on Jan 19. The second incident occurred on Jan. 20, the day the Patriots were playing the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.

As for incident #2 -- officials describe it in the following way:

"[employee] escorted Kraft to a room identified as JPPD Cam 2. There, the two hugged each other and Kraft took off all his clothing, laid face up on the massage table and [employee] hugged him again. At approximately 1102hrs. (Employee) began manipulating Kraft’s penis and testicles and then put her head down by his penis. This went on several minutes.”

"After a few minutes, [employee] wiped Kraft in the area of his genitals with a white towel, helped him get dressed and hugged him again. Kraft gave [employee] one $100 bill plus at least one other unidentifiable bill."

Officials say Kraft was only at the Asian massage parlor for a total of 14 minutes on January 20 -- and exited to a waiting 2015 blue Bentley.

Cops say Kraft was wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt, blue baseball cap and blue shorts.

By the way, Kraft then flew to Kansas City to watch the Patriots defeat the Chiefs 37 to 31 in an overtime thriller.



11:16 AM PT -- Palm Beach State Attorney Dave Aronberg says Kraft is facing up to 1 year in jail if convicted on the 1st degree misdemeanor charge of soliciting another to commit prostitution.

A maximum sentence includes ... up to a 1 year jail, 100 hours of community service and completion of a class on the dangers of prostitution and human trafficking
