No, he's struggling. The current meta is "learn in public." If one is struggling in trading, lot's of folks get value from ICT. He has his own critics but many have found their trading models through his work.
I watched his live the same like few another traders his strategy is easy to get. Price - predict direction, candles sentiment, and it seems that he is also using volume and macd.
Apparently he made $12000 today.
I appreciate him for recapping part of his profitable day but notice all the top step trader promotion throughout the entire video. he might as well be wearing a t-shirt that says "TOPSTEP TRADER" my bad, he actually does do that sometimes! they must own his soul or something.
with that said, his trade close to the close seems rather strange. how does this guy have the energy to do a 2+ hour livestream at market open and then be there at the end of the day too??
$12,000 is alot of money.

I just happened to watch part of today's livestream which for some reason is not saved to his youtube channel and in it I kind of was surprised to hear him go on this rant about how he's the best trader/day trader on youtube as though he deserves a big payment for promoting someone's product or services and then he proceeds to throw out "six figures" as what he's getting paid to promote. presumably for Top Step. Because he was talking about how he's not going to just wear someone's T-shirt for free they're going to have to pay the big bucks to get him talking about them.
#1: There's no way Patrick is even close to being the best day trader on Youtube.
#2: If he's getting $100,000 to wear their T-shirt and talk about them all the time, then good for him but I wonder if he makes more doing that than actually trading.
