Michael Cohen provides no evidence that links Trump to any crime. In fact, the persecution has not yet shown what the crime is that they are charging Trump with. In a normal and fair world, the judge would deliver a directed verdict in favor of President Trump right after the persecution rests.

Even if Trump cannot win some of these blue states it is good to get as many votes as possible because it will help him to win the popular vote along with the electoral. We know in advance that the dems will say that the election is illegitimate for a bunch of bogus reasons. Getting both the electoral and the popular will take one of their arguments off the table. If a couple million more voters in California are caused to vote for Trump, then good. But, no, Trump is not going to win California.
