Is there a way to tell from the profiles when they got funded? In other words, are the profiles of traders currently live, or WERE live at one time? The profile in the link says she WAS live in November 2011, traded for a month using the 50k account, but reached her loss limit.

Cooltraderdude has begun a 10-Day Combine (http://www.topsteptrader.com/Combine). The account parameters are $50K / 5 lot buying power / $1K daily loss limit. Cooltraderdude has 30 calendar days to complete the 10-Day Combine.
Cooltraderdude's Combine objective is to profit $3,500 and follow the Scouting Criteria: http://www.topsteptrader.com/scoutingcriteria. If at the end of Combine he has met the Combine objective, he will be provided with a fully-funded trading account (no capital contribution required) http://www.topsteptrader.com/fundedtrader.
On this thread http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?threadid=249489, we will be posting his trade reports (this is normally private for all TopstepTrader recruits, but cooltrader has agreed to let us post his reports), cooltrader will also be keeping a journal of his Combine experience on this thread.

I have talked to this company and I see their parameters as very reasonable considering that many guys who tried their combine were using great risk to achieve 10% monthly returns.
I am going to join their Combine in few weeks. Will do as many as necessary to achieve my goal. Have been practicing ES and oil on T4 so far so good. I think it is a really good opportunity to enter the business especially that many prop firms closed their doors. Their pay structure is great and I see nothing special that they want their traders to control risk. What they want as I see it is consistency, enough statistical data to assess trader and good risk control.
