Yahoo.com has years of daily data for naz and listed.

Go to http://www.prophetfinance.com/charts/pc.asp Click on NDX 100 under the "Indeces" tab. This will bring up a daily chart of the NASDAQ 100 with Open, High, Low and Close prices.

By the way, this is a great FREE charting site.

Go to the Yahoo Finance page. For the ticker, type in QQQ. Then click "chart", near the bottom you'll see "historical quotes". Click "daily".

For Nasdaq Comp historical quotes on Yahoo go to this link. On the lower right hand side you will see the option for d/l in daily/weekly/monthly quotes.
