Password protect Windows startup or programs, files, etc..

Anybody know of any good 3rd party programs that will password protect windows startup or files, folders or certain programs for windows xp?

Password Door

Have used Password Door and seems to work ok, have only used it sparingly.No experience with EXE Protect.
