yes, as a practical matter, they say you need a minimum of USD 20m to implement the tool because of the relatively high notional value of a futures contract.

A more accessible alternative may be Aquila Capital's Statistical Value Market Neutral (SVMN) fund, which uses FundCreator to manage risk/returns.
