This is the part I have a hard time with. How can something new come from the very same people who handed you failure? I'm sure "key senators" are the same ole "old heads".
I'd bet Markopolis and Madoff could write some humdinger regulation. You see a crook like Madoff has no honor, he doesn't care who he hurts. Schumer or Rangel et al, have to cover their ass to see who a reg might hurt.
