Partygaming spike up earlier this year?

Hi guys,

Can someone tell me why partygaming stock spiked up so high earlier this year?

I dont actually trade stocks, only futures and fx but I am just interested what has happened in the industry.

Party shares increased in the early part of 2008 based on the belief that Party Gaming had made an agreement with the US Govt absolving any liability on their part for activities in the US
