I was watching the charts right at 10am. I didn't even listen to what he said, just saw it was going up. I bought 5 ESZ22 at 3855, and sold them less than a minute later for 3878. Several minutes later, I did the same thing at 3886 and 3895. (Approximate numbers).

Now I wouldn't get too excited though. As I'm writing this, it's at 3881, which is only a few points higher than it was at one point this morning, and lower than it was at yesterday's highs. A change in policy isn't enough to overcome extreme drop in business profits if that indeed happens. Although I don't really care which way it moves as long as I pick correctly.
